House Rules

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.

Number of Guests

– The maximum allowed number of persons per accommodation must not be exceeded (Villa: max. 17 adults + 3 children; Holiday Home Torino: max. 4 persons).

– Subletting or allowing third parties to use the accommodation is not permitted.

Pets and Smoking

– Pets are not allowed in the accommodations.

– Smoking is not permitted inside the house, on the villa's terrace, and in or around the pool area.

Pool and Grounds

– The use of the pool and grounds is at your own risk.

Care for the Accommodation

– Handle the accommodation, inventory, and infrastructure with care.

– Report any defects or malfunctions (of the accommodation, inventory, equipment, or electrical installation) to the landlord immediately so that we can take action as soon as possible.

– Leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it upon departure. In case of damage, the costs (according to the local inventory) will be deducted from the security deposit; for larger damages, a separate bill will be sent.

Cleanliness and Waste

– Always leave rooms, suites, and common areas (indoor and outdoor) clean and tidy, respecting other guests.

– When renting Holiday Home Torino or the entire villa: sort waste, take it to the designated location on the grounds, and leave the house broom-clean upon departure.

Quietness and Respect

– Avoid behavior that causes disturbance to the surroundings.

Arrival and Departure

– Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.

Safety

– The accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors, a powder fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

– For safety reasons, there is video surveillance on the exterior of the house and on the grounds, without infringing on the privacy of guests.
