Cancellation Terms

The tenant always cancels in writing via info@villaroccollina.com.

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

– Up to 12 weeks before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental sum.

– From 12 to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental sum.

– Within 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental sum.

The landlord has the right to re-offer the accommodation for rent. If the tenant does not use the accommodation or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will take place. The tenant takes out their own cancellation and/or travel insurance.

Cancellation by the Landlord

If the landlord has to cancel the reservation due to circumstances such as force majeure, the already paid amount (rental sum and additional costs) will be refunded promptly to the tenant's account.
